Lemon Glazed Brussel Sprouts

I had so many requests last week for this recipe, so I thought I would share it with the world. For those of you who opted in for the recipe, I will always send you recipes via email before I share them on my blog. You get first dibs! Brussel Sprouts can be so delicious and full of flavor if they're seasoned correctly. This recipe is not only delicious, but it is simple, and that is what I aim for.

Ingredients:

1 Lb of whole Brussel sprouts

2 TBL of Ghee

Half of a lemon

Himalayan salt & pepper

Directions:

1.) Cut Brussel sprouts in half longways, no need to cut off the stem.

2.) In a cast-iron skillet or Instapot, add ghee and sear and stir for 3-5 minutes on low heat.

3.) Once seared place in air-fryer, bake for 10-minutes at 400 degrees. Be sure to stir halfway.

4.) Once cooked, place Brussel sprouts in bowl and squeeze half a lemon on top, stir.

5.) Add a pinch of pepper and a heavy hand of Himalayan salt.

Note: If you are cooking for two-three people, I would suggest making two pounds. I recommend cooking one pound at a time for best results. If you do not have an air fryer, you can roast the vegetables in the oven for twenty minutes at 400 degrees, or sear for 20- minutes on top of the stove.
