In my One-Hour Postpartum Prep Consultation, we meet virtually after you have filled out the personalized survey sent to you. I can answer any postpartum questions you have and get a deeper understanding of what you and your family might need after your baby is born. After this consultation, I design your personalized Beyond Birth Blueprint that will serve as your guide as you plan and navigate the first several months of your baby’s life.
