Treat Yoself!

I don’t have a huge sweet tooth but when that time of the month comes around(sorry fellas)I do crave sweets! This has been my go-to now and I make it on a regular basis. I love it because it’s so filling and it has the best macro/micro nutrient profile.

Ingredients:
1 Scoop protein powder(I use @1stphorm Vegan Chocolate Protein).
2 TBL of Nut Butter or 1oz of nuts of your choice.
2 TBL @so_delicious dairy free coconut whip.
1/2C unsweetened nut milk.
1/2C Berries of your choice(I usually do strawberries and/or blueberries)

Directions:
In a bowl add 1 scoop of protein with 1/2c of unsweetened milk. Stir until it’s creamy like pudding. Place bowl in freezer for 5 minutes. Then place your fruit, nuts or nut butter and coconut whip cream on top.
