Diet soda might not have calories but don’t let it fool you. The amount of chemicals is shocking! Research shows that artificial sweeteners:

When you drink something so sweet, it tricks your brain into wanting more whether it’s artificial or not. Let’s not forget that most soft drinks on the market contain “caramel color.” (Drinking something heated by ammonia and sulfites under pressure doesn’t sound appetizing)
