My Top 10 Favorite Reads in 2019
One of my main goals a few years ago was to start reading books consistently. I even invested in a bookshelf, and now my office is almost a mini library. My main requests for Christmas are usually books.
Don’t undervalue the power of reading. Books are like goldmines to me. I learned more from reading and listening to Podcats than I ever did in school. I’ve been able to apply everything I've learned over the past few years. Reading every night be before bed has genuinely made my life and my sleep much better.
Here of some of my favorite pics that I discovered in 2019:
Braving the Wilderness by Brene Brown.
Relentless by Tim Grover.
Unconventional Medicine by Chris Kresser.
Food, What the Heck Should I Eat? By Dr. Mark Hyman, MD.
Wheat Belly by William Davis, MD.
Dirty Genes by Dr. Ben Lynch.
Metabolism Reset Diet by Alan Christianson, NMD.
Daring Greatly by Brene Brown.
The Four-Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris.
The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason (I reread this every year)
