Mission & Vision
I am not your 'typical' trainer or nutrition professional. As a child, I was never involved in sports and typically felt like a chubby outsider. It took me a long time to find my motivation and the drive to become mentally and physically healthier. I got into the fitness industry in 2003 and started personal training in 2004. By the time my partner and I opened our gym CrossFit South City in 2008, I was utterly burnt out on personal training and was excited to start a new chapter in my life.

A few years ago, I started feeling very lost and purposeless. The gym was doing well, but I didn't particularly like that I was defined by it. I knew I had way more of myself to give, but I didn't know what that looked like or even meant. I didn't have a clear vision. After some self-reflection and journaling, the world energetically connected me to a woman named Terri Spencer. She helped me to define and create EZ Wellness.

What exactly is EZ Wellness? Well, as a gym owner and Holistic Health Coach, I've spent countless hours inside and outside of the gym, helping others reach their true aspirations and potential. I am a real person with real struggles. I've had my own battles with disordered eating, body image issues, high stress, the list goes on. Through EZ Wellness, I have developed my realistic approach to health. I have felt the most significant reward and sense of accomplishment in teaching people how to create sustainable health and achieve real happiness through managing primary and secondary foods. In the end, we must learn to love ourselves and believe that we can make a meaningful change.
-
Today, I have made it my mission to encourage and empower others to develop habits, routines, and mindsets that will genuinely change their lives for the better. I find great purpose in my work, and I am grateful to help make a difference in the lives of my clients.

Why do I do this?
-
I want to provide information and resources for everyone around the world. I do this for the children, families, our animals, and our environment. My focus isn't aesthetics; it's just not enough. I want people to have a quality of life and not have to depend on medications. I am here to help directly treat the cause, not just manage symptoms. But most of all, I am here to hold your hand every step of the way.
