Don’t wait until you’re 30, 40, 50 plus pounds overweight to make a change.

Don’t wait until you can’t chase after your children or climb a flight of stairs to realize how serious your health is.

The time is now! Your health and your quality of life is a serious matter. Show yourself some love, self-care and respect, you deserve it!

When people come to me at their worst, my heart breaks for them. It’s never too late to change but damn, traveling down that road is a whole lot harder when you’re at your worst. Losing 30 pounds takes a lot less work than 100 pounds. It’s not that one cheeseburger or that one cupcake that got you here. It’s an accumulation of bad habits over an extended period of time.
