5-Ingredient Gluten Free Pasta Bowl

Ingredients:
2 cups of Aldi's Organic brown rice & quinoa penne
1 cup of steamed broccoli
2 tablespoons of Aldi's roasted red pepper hummus
1TBL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4oz grilled chicken breast or shrimp (optional)

1.) Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Pour in 2 cups of penne and let boil for 6-8 minutes, then strain.
2.) In a bowl with your desired serving size of penne, add in a vegetable of your choice, either steamed or raw.
3.) Stir in hummus and a dash of olive oil.
