Don't Tease Yourself
We have all been there, that feeling when you walk into your house and you are starving! You look everywhere for something to snack on. You first see what you having lying around on your countertops and then you look through your cabinets. Before you know it, you have eaten every bad thing in sight. Then the guilt begins.

Want a simple solution? Don’t keep it in the house! Seriously, why do that to yourself? We are all visual creatures. This is why I like to keep some easy to fix vegetables on my kitchen table. I don’t keep anything in the house that will set me up for failure. If the temptation isn’t around then it’s not even a thought in my head. Don’t tease yourself.

If you have other family members in the house, keep in mind that if it’s not healthy for you, it’s not any better for them either.
