Core Values

It's so easy to look at other people's success and start feeling behind in life. You can feel on top of the world, and there you go, scrolling through social media and the tide turns. Social media can become a comparison trap if you let it. I have always been very transparent about my feelings, thoughts, and my take on life. But even having a healthy mindset, this is where my mind tends to wander:

I'm too far behind.
I don't know what I am doing.
Who do I think I am?
Imposter syndrome.
I'm not smart enough.

If you find yourself feeling a negative impact from social media, you’re 100% in control. I would suggest unfollowing people that trigger you. I would also limit your time on social media. If there are certain platforms that you use for business, do just that. Use it for business and don’t scroll. I purged my social media a few weeks ago and it improved my confidence and productivity.

Since the New Year is about to approach, this is where we tend to look at our past. Did we accomplish everything we wanted to, and what do we want to accomplish in 2020? I personally look back at my failures and my successes. To me, success is doing what I love and making a living out of it. Nothing in my soul has ever led me to settle. I've never had a Plan B. I live an unpredictable life, but I am following my passion and my purpose. I'm a dreamer. Here are what some of my dreams and aspirations look like:

-I get the opportunity through EZ Wellness to build a team of loyal experts, family, and friends to help grow my business. I want to surround myself with people I love and trust daily.

-I travel all around the world, speaking about true health and wellness.

-I get time off to be present and live my life.

-Volunteer! Not everyone can afford specific resources. I must give back to the community.

-Last but not least, I want to own a vacation home on the beach that my friends and family can travel to whenever they want to get away.

I am sharing this with you because I want to inspire you to dig deep, get ahold of your insecurities, and start chasing your dreams. Fear held me back for so long, and I don't want fear to hold you back too. We live in this vast world, and you're not alone. I know deep down, I don't want to feel alone either. There is one thing that I am sure of, I am very good at falling down, but you can always count on me to get right back up and keep moving forward.
