Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites

PB& JELLY PROTEIN BITES

In a bowl combine:
1 1/4C Old Fashioned Oats or GF Oats
2 Scoops of @1stphorm Level-1 Strawberry Protein
1/2C Crunchy or Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4C Raw Honey
1/2C of @enjoylifefoods Vegan Double Chocolate Chips
3-4 TBL of Unsweetened Milk

Once it is mixed, roll into 1” balls and flatten into your palm. Place the cookie on wax paper and keep cool in your fridge. If your hands get too sticky, spray your hands with coconut or avocado oil.

This is my absolute favorite sweet treat recipe. Just a friendly reminder, you can take any recipe and make changes to suit your health goals.
