I want to say thank you to Lauren Ruzicka for giving me the opportunity to speak at the first annual Women in Dentistry Health Summit. This is one of the most significant events I have spoken at. It shines a light on how passionate I am about speaking about what it truly means to live a healthy and happy life. I love giving people the information and then in return; they can make their own decisions.

Remember that little girl growing up who stuttered and couldn’t get out full sentences? Yep, that was me. I am living proof that anything is possible.
