Everything Bagel Veggie Stir-Fry

Veggie Stir-Fry

This recipe is so easy to make and packs a ton of micronutrients so you get a lot of bang for your buck! It has so much flavor(sweet, crunchy, salty) and pairs well with multiple foods.

Ingredients:
2C green beans
2C chopped purple cabbage
1C corn
1/2C coconut aminos
1TBL sesame oil
1TBL Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds(add more as desired)
.
Directions:
-Spray pan with avocado oil.
-Add in the corn, green brands, cabbage and coconut aminos.
-Keep the flame on medium heat and stir every 10-minutes. Let cook for a total of 20-minutes.
-Once cooked, place the veggies in a bowl and add sesame oil and seasonings and stir.
