Dirty Rice
In a skill add:
1 cup cooked Jasmine Rice (High Carb Version) or 2 cups of riced cauliflower (Low Carb Version)
1 can of Organic Black Beans Drained
1/2 Squeezed Lime
1TBl of Chili Powder
1TBl of Trader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning
1/2 Jar of your favorite fresh salsa
Cook on low for 5 minutes and done! Feel free to add cilantro or crushed red pepper.
