Balsamic Glazed Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 LB of Brussel Sprouts(cut stem off and cut Brussel in half)
1/4c Balsamic Vinegar
1/3c Pine Nuts
Avocado Spray

Directions:
Place Brussel Sprouts on baking sheet. Spray with Avocado Oil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. In a side saucepan, place pine nuts on medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, then remove from sauce pan and place in a dish. Once the Brussels are cooked place them in the saucepan and add the balsamic vinegar. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Once cooked place in dish with pine the toasted pine nuts and stir.

This is a super easy dish to make and has so much flavor. Feel free to top this dish off with goat cheese.
